Itemises revenues, including from customs and excise, the Letter Office, coinage, tenths, present and additional poll, and loans. Payments include those to Mr Jephson for secret service. Reserved sums include those for: benevolence for captives; coinage duty for the Mint; King Charles [II's] servants; Sir Rowland Gwynn; loans for the navy; the Earl of Derby; and customs for the robes.
