Itemises wine and tobacco excise, and payments to: Mr Jephson out of wood sales; Earl of Ranelagh; Lord Preston; Sir Wm [William] Killigrew; Mr Low; [King's] messengers out of small branches; and the navy out of loans. Also mentions reserved sums for: King Charles [II's] servants; Sir Rowland Gwynn; and Mr Jephson, and customs, for the secret service.
