Folios 179-180. A letter from the [Lord] Carmarthen to [King William III], dated at London, complaining of a lack of small arms. There are not one hundred muskets in the Tower [of London], according to Sir Henry Goodrich. The fleet is at the Nore [anchorage buoy in the Thames Estuary], and the French fleet has sailed for Havre le Grace [Le Havre, France]. Acknowledges the King's letter from Bellharry.
