Folios 177-178. An unsigned letter [from Queen Mary II] to King [William III] [in Ireland], dated at Whitehall [Middlesex] giving an account of the unexpected appearance of Lord Lincoln. A hundred people wanted to see him, and Mary was advised to follow him to the [Cabinet] Council to hear his complaint, which she thinks was against Lord Torrington. She has received the King's letter via Mr Grey. Wax seal depicting interwoven initials.
