Also itemises expenditure: [Paymasters-General] Mr [Charles] Fox and Mr [Thomas] Coningsby; the Earl of Ranelagh; and Emanuel Scroop. Sums reserved: 'benevolence for captives'; coinage for the Mint; imposition for King Charles [II's] servants; and loans to Sir Rowland Gwynn, Mr Jephson, Sir Cha [Charles] Cotten [Cotton].
