Folio 195. Prince of Waldeck to the King from the camp at Melle. Reports that Bonn has been destroyed, following which the Elector wishes to 'assiege' it and change the agreement made without letting Waldeck follow either in part or with the [Dutch] State troops that are with him, which is a great embarassement for Waldeck. As the King will learn from Marlborough, the Marquis of Gastanaga has asked for a conference. Marshall d'Humieres has more than 20,000 men and is in his new camp behind Binsch; all reports indicate that he has instructions to throw his people about the place. Waldeck would like to advance to approach d'Humieres once the Wolfenbuttel troops from Mastricht have joined him,
