Folio 151. Memorandum headed "The location in which the enemy army is camped" setting out details of Marshall d'Humieres quarters in Beinse and it is said that they will march towards Maubeuge where they had made a flying camp, with the rest in garrison. The enemy also made a detachment yesterday of 2,000 horses and 4,000 footsoldiers for Germany.
