Folios 606-607: William Hugh Dobbie, HMS Ethalion. He is enclosing details of one gentleman entered and one disrated on board HMS Ethalion.
Folio 608: enclosure with folios 606-607. List dated 21 June 1815 from William Hugh Dobbie of one young gentleman entered on board HMS Ethalion. Thomas Carricque Ponsonby age 13, volunteer 1st Class, 3 months served, produced a certificate of recommendation and good conduct from Captain Smith of HMS Orestes.
Folio 609: enclosure with folios 606-607. List dated 2o June 1815 from William Hugh Dobbie of one young gentleman disrated on board HMS Ethalion. James Lawrence age 22 was disrated from Master's Mate to Midshipman Ordinary.
