Folios 215-220. 4 Orders from the Court of King's Bench to Duncan Campbell, Superintendent of the convicts on board the Censor and Justitia hulks on the River Thames, with the names of convicts within a year or so of their release who have behaved well and are fit subjects for His Majesty's mercy. Campbell is instructed to provide them with decent clothing on discharge.
