Description

Folios 209-210. Leave for Charles Herbert and others to pass through Horse Guards in their carriages. Charles Herbert was also given leave to go on horseback or in his carriage through St James' Park in the light of his roles as Groom of the Bedchamber and Secretary to the Lord Chamberlain's office.
