Folios 345-354. Letter dated at the Hague from Lord Portland to the King. Events in Holland. Plan of campaign for the next season. Discusses proposed representatives of England at the Congress to be held at the Hague. If the Act of Indemnity be passed, Lord Mulgrave would not do badly. Lord Dursley says that Lord Dorset wishes to come. The season advances and we wait your representative. It is not only in the English parliament that people are opposed to your campaign in Ireland.
