Folios 126-129. A lengthy and bluntly worded anonymous letter to King William warning him of the 'desparate condition' he has 'been brought into by the flatterers, knaves and villains' he has 'the misfortune to employ' and that unless immediately he changes his conduct entirely he is 'inevitably lost and undone'. The writer offers his advice and ends his letter 'If your Majesty likes the advice there be some honest men about you whom you may consult with to improve it, though I protest that none of them knows of this paper coming to you, and am confident they will think these the only means towards your almost lost game, and it is what was done by King Henry the fourth, a great Prince before you'.
