Folios 122-123. Report by Lord Ranelagh as to money paid to Monsieur Vander Esch for use of the Dutch forces. He has also paid by the King's command £10,000 to Major-General Mackay; £10,000 to the Earl of Portland; £1,140 to 'Mr Speaker'; £6,000 to Mr Isaac; £1,000 to Monsieur Gulstein; and £700 to Lord Dartmouth.
