Folios 110-111. Letter dated at York from Ferdinand William, Duke of Würtemberg to the King. Has received the King's orders and given instructions for their being put in force. The mustering will start immediately and the cavalry advance towards York. He hopes the King will permit three weeks' rest for these troops in order to allow the cavalry, and the sick amongst the infantry, time to recover after which the road to Edinburgh shall be immediately taken.
