Sale, for £28, by John Hanly, citizen and cooper of London, son of Ralph Hanly, late of Gravesend, bardgeman, deceased, to John Bere, of Gravesend, gent., of a messuage with a wharf adjacent in Westrete, Gravesend, late in the tenure of Alice Bodyle, widow. Witnesses. Small red wax Seal. S.P. with foliage.
