Indenture of lease, for 5/-, by Samuel Fox, of Godmanchester, gent., and Elizabeth, his wife, to Ralph Flyer, of King's College, Cambridge, M.A., of a messuage in or near the Poststreete called the Angell, and a cottage in St. Ann's lane, together with 20 acres in arable, leys and pasture, in Godmanchester. For six months, for 1d. Witnesses. A schedule of the 20 acres is attached.
