Indenture of release, for 5/-, by Edward Budgen, of Dorking, co. Surrey esq., brother and heir of John Budgen, deceased, to Lee Steere, of Jayes, gent., of the two messuages in Ewell, leased to him for one year on 19 Feb. last. John Budgen had held the premises in trust for the said Lee Steere. Witnesses. Small red wax Seal; a heart transfixed by arrows beneath a coronet.
