Description

Part 2, Folios 150-151. The Hague. Bevill Skelton to the Prince of Orange, forwarding the Earl of Middleton's letter relating to persons recommended for advancement in the British Regiments (See no.1386 above) Holograph. Bevill Skelton to the Prince of Orange, forwarding the Earl of Middleton's letter relating to persons recommended for advancement in the English and Scottish regiments. Skelton reminds the Prince of Orange of the promise he made to give a Company to his son and hopes he has had the benevolence to grant him that of Captain Lloyd.
