A memorandum to 'your H [Highness, the Prince of Orange]' speaking of an apparent intention to call a parliament but not until October, mentioning that 'they have begun to turn out corporations'. Also refers to an intention to create new lords to 'overpower in votes' and to make new laws; and 'laws for the power of the Papists [Roman Catholics]'.
