The humble address of the Lieutenancy of London to the Prince of Orange expressing their gratitude [for leading the Dutch invasion of England], and requesting that he will 'repair to this city with what convenient speed you can'. Signed by the Common Council and clerk to the lieutenancy, Geo [George] Evans.
