Place or Subject: The king grants that he and his heirs should have forever one market every week on a Saturday at their manor of Yoxhale [Yoxall], Staffs, and one fair there every year to last three days, namely on the eve and on the feast-day and on the morrow of St Swithin; and one fair at their manor of Hegham Ferers [Higham Ferrers], Northants, every year to last three days, namely on the eve and on the feast-day and on the morrow of Michaelmas, unless that market and those fairs are to the nuisance of neighbouring markets and fairs.
