Second Party: John, duke of Lancaster [John of Gaunt], and Blanche, his wife.
Place or Subject: The king grants to the duke and Blanche, his wife, that they and their heirs should have forever free warren in all their demesne lands in Chepynglambourn [Lambourn], Berks, provided that those lands are not within the metes of the king's forest, in such a way that no one is to enter those lands to hunt in the same or to take anything which pertains to the warren without the licence of the duke and Blanche or their heirs, upon forfeiture of £10.
