Second Party: Henry de Trublevill.
Place or Subject: The king grants to Henry that he and and his heirs are to have forever free warren in their demesne lands of Esegareston [East Garston], in such a way that no one can enter that warren to hunt in it without licence from Henry and his heirs. And that he and his heirs are to have forever every single year one fair at his manor of Esegareston [East Garston] to last three days, namely on the eve, feast-day and morrow of All Saints, and that he he and his heirs are to have forever there one market every week on a Friday, unless the fair and market are to the nuisance of neighbouring markets and fairs.
