First party: Edward I.
Second Party: Edmund, his brother.
Place or Subject: The king grants to Edmund that he and his heirs are to have forever at his request in his Chancery and that of his heirs as kings of England certain justices by the king's letters and those of his heirs to hold pleas of the forests, which Edmund has from the gift of Henry III according to the assize of the forest, whenever the king and his heirs happen to send the king's justices to hold these kinds of pleas in the king's forests according to the custom of the realm.
