Place or Subject: The king grants that Roger de Quency, earl of Winchester, one of the heirs of Robert, late earl of Leicester, is to have and hold all the liberties, named in a charter, which King John made to Earl Robert about the honor of Leicester, and which Henry III afterwards confirmed to Roger by his charter.
