Second Party: William de Ferrariis [Ferrers], earl of Derby.
Place or Subject: Hekham with one hundred and a half and other appurtenances. And also the park of the same vill, which the king previously had in demesne, and Neubotl [Newbottle] and Blithesworth [Blisworth] with all their appurtenances and liberties, just as his right and inheritance, which descends to him as the right heir of the land, which was of William Peverell.
