First party: John, son of the king of England, duke of Guyene and Lancaster, earl of Derby, Leicester and Lincoln, steward of England [John of Gaunt].
Second Party: John Rammyssey, burgess of the vill of Caleys [Calais], and Joan, his wife.
Place or Subject: Two cottages with the appurtenances in the vill of Caleys [Calais], which cottages abut upon John Baldeston north and towards Richard Gerard on the south and towards John Gosselyn on the west.
