Folios: 420-420v. About parts across the seas. Indenture of lease.
First party: John, son of the king of England, duke of Guyene and Lancaster, earl of Derby, Leicester and Lincoln, steward of England [John of Gaunt].
Second Party: William Hodon, burgess of the vill of Caleys [Calais], and Margery, his wife.
Place or Subject: Two cottages and one garden situated in the vill of Caleys [Calais] between John Whit on the west side and le Dukestrete on the east side. And two other cottages in the same vill, which Roger Russell holds for the term of his life from the grant of the duke.
Dated at London.
