Folios: 419-420. About parts across the seas. Grant.

First party: Edward III.

Second Party: Henry, duke of Lancaster.

Place or Subject: Houses, inns and tenements with appurtenances in the vill of Calais, as follows: 1. The house and inn situated between the house of John Ruskeles on the one side towards the west and the house of Giles le Braseur towards the east, which George Bandet holds. 2. The house or inn with appurtenances upon the corner of the street of Pedrowe, situated between the house of George Bandet on the one side towards the west and the house of the lord of Liskes towards the south, which Giles le Braseur holds. 3. The house or inn, situated between the house of Giles le Braseur on the one side towards the north and the house of James le Rouse on the other side towards the south, lying in Pedrowe, together with a certain garden next to the street of Frenk Whitheud at the back of that house, which the lord of Liskes holds. 4. One house or inn, situated between the house, which was of that lord of Liskes on the one side towards the north and the garden, which was of Eustace Seint Pierre on the other towards the south, lying in the same street, which James Rous holds. 5. A certain inn or house together with two gardens upon the corner, situated in the same street towards the west on the one side and towards the church of St Mary in the same vill towards the south on the other, and adjacent to the house of James de Rous towards the north and the houses of la Vesne Breght Hourtriber, which inn or house Eustace holds. 6. Also a certain house situated before the church of St Mary on the one side towards the north and the houses of the lord of Liskes towards the west on the other, which Vesnes holds. 7. In addition, those houses adjoining to the house of Vesnes on the one side towards the east and to the house of Master Baldwin the scribe on the other towards the west, which the lord of Liskes holds. 8. A certain house adjoining to the house of the lord of Liskes on the one side towards the east and the houses of Vesnes on the other towards the west, which house Master Baldwin holds. 9. Certain houses upon the corner of Frenk Whiteheud, situated between the house of Master Baldwin on the one side towards the east and the house of John Mason on the other towards the north in the same street, which Vesnes holds. 10. A certain house in the same street, adjoining to the houses of Vesnes on the one side towards the south and to the houses of John le Blok on the other towards the north, which John Masyn holds. 11. A certain house in the same street, adjoining to the house of John Masyn on the one side towards the south and the garden of Vesnes on the other side towards the north, which John Blok holds. 12 Also the houses of Heringrethes in the same street of Pedrowe, situated towards the east on the one side between the house of John de Campene towards the north on the one side and the house of John de Hone on the other towards the south, in total directly to the street of Stace Solace, which Hugh de Capella holds. 13. Also certain houses adjacent to the houses of Hugh de Capella on the one side towards the north and the houses of the same Hugh towards the south, upon the said street of Pedrowe, which John Hone holds. 14. Also certain houses between the houses of John Hone on the one side towards the north and the houses of Simon le Bruyn on the other towards the south, situated in the same street, which Hugh de Capella holds. 15. Also certain houses situated between the houses of Hugh de Capella on the one side towards the north and the houses of Michael Quadeplume on the other towards the south in the same street, which Simon le Bruyn holds. 16. Also certain other houses in the street of Stace Solace, together with the garden pertaining to those houses which adjoin towards the north on the houses of Heringrethes of Hugh de Capella on the one side and to the houses of Heringrethes of Michael Quadeplume on the other towards the south, which James Whitebold holds. 17. Also certain houses in the said street called Pedrowe towards the east, adjacent to the houses of Simon le Bruyn on the one side towards the north and the houses of Eustace Seint Pere on the other in the same street, which Michael Quadeplume lately held.
