Folio: 409. County of Yorkshire. Charters or muniments found in the castle of Pontefract, Yorks, in a box, marked by a sign. Grant.
First party: William de Beaumound.
Second Party: Henry de Lascy [Lacy], earl of Lincoln and constable of Chester.
Place or Subject: The rent of four marks to be received yearly from the earl's mill of Hoderesfeud [Huddersfield], without any reservation, which he once was accustomed to receive from that mill.
Additional people: (witnesses) John de Horbyr; Hugh de Elaund [Eland], knights; William de Lyversege [Liversedge]; Thomas de Wyttelay; John de Querneby; Thomas, son of the parson of Heton; and Adam de Locwod.
