First party: William de Beaumound.
Second Party: Henry de Lascy [Lacy], earl of Lincoln and constable of Chester.
Place or Subject: The rent of four marks to be received yearly from the earl's mill of Hoderesfeud [Huddersfield], without any reservation, which he once was accustomed to receive from that mill.
