First party: Henry de Lascy [Lacy], earl of Lincoln and constable of Chester.
Second Party: God, St Mary and the monks of Rufford serving God there.
Place or Subject: The earl grants to them in perpetual alms all the lands and tenements which they hold of him in Elmeton [Elmton] of the gift and feoffment of John [John de Lacy], constable of Chester, his ancestor.
