First party: Roald le Botiller [Butler].
Second Party: Henry de Lasci [Lacy], earl of Lincoln.
Place or Subject: All his right and claim in a certain wood in Stapelton [Stapleton] adjacent to his wood called Rughstorth, and in a certain cultivated field of land in Stapleton, containing about 20 acres of land, adjacent to that wood in Stapeltone [Stapleton].
