Description

Folios: 407v-408. County of Yorkshire. Charters or muniments found in the castle of Pontefract, Yorks, in a box, marked by a sign. Grant.

First party: Henry de Laci [Lacy], earl of Lincoln and constable of Chester.

Second Party: Edmund Talebot, clerk.

Place or Subject: All the tenements which the earl had from the gift and feoffment of Robert Noel, parson of the church of Bramwith [Kirk Bramwith], in the vills and territory of Bramwyth [Bramwith] and Braytzwayt [Braithwaite], with all rents and other services of freeholders and all villeins with their services, etc.
