Folio: 407v. County of Yorkshire. Charters or muniments found in the castle of Pontefract, Yorks, in a box, marked by a sign. Quitclaim.
First party: Henry de Wincestre [Winchester].
Second Party: Alice de Lascy [Lacy].
Place or Subject: The mill of Saxton with the suit and soke and all appurtenances, which mill she held of Roger le Paitevyn.
