Folio: 375. County of Yorkshire. Another charter of the prior of Malton.
First party: Eustace son of John.
Second Party: The canons of Malton.
Place or Subject: Eustace son of John grants to God, St Mary and the canons of Malton in pure and perpetual alms common of pasture, turbary, heath and covert beyond the bridge of Hau in Ediciemersch for their necessary uses. He also gives them the meadow there next to the meadow that he demised to William son of Walo. The grant is made for his own soul and the souls of John's father, mother, ancestors and his children, Richard and Geoffrey.
Additional people: (witnesses) Walter and Richard, chaplains; Bernard the clerk; Warin the clerk; John the steward; Brother Robert; William son of Guer; and Adelard.
