First party: Henry [of Grosmont], earl of Lancaster, Derby and Leicester, steward of England.
Second party: John de Eston, warden of the garden of the hospital of St Nicholas of Pountfreint [Pontefract].
Place or subject: Common of pasture in the earl's park of Pountfreint [Pontefract] for all oxen and plough-beasts of his manors of Hoghton [Houghton] and Herdewyk [Hardwick], and for one bull and 12 cows with their issue of three years, and all his pigs for his larder of his manors of Methelay [Methley], Houghton and Hardwick in the said park, quit from pannage. [Further details given].
