First party: Segreda, formerly wife of Richard de Berlay [Barlow], knight.
Second party: William le Blunt, her nephew.
Place or subject: The third part of the manor of Berlay [Barlow], which fell to her in dower from the free tenement which was of the said Richard, formerly her husband, excepting the houses, garden and croft in which she dwells.
County: [Yorkshire].
