First party: Lord John de Oketon, son and heir of the former lord John de Oketon.

Second party: Edmund, son of Henry III.

Place or subject: The entire manor of Esigwald [Easingwold] with all appurtenances without any reservation forever. Which manor Edmund gave and by his charter of enfeoffment confirmed to John the father.

County: [Yorkshire].
