First party: Thomas, earl of Lancaster and Leicester, steward of England.
Second party: John de Nayler of Pountfr' [Pontefract].
Place or subject: One burgage with appurtenances in the vill of Pountfr' [Pontefract], which lies in the Ruwe of Neumarche between the burgage of John de Wakfeld [Wakefield] on the one side, and John le Spicer on the other part, and three acres of land with appurtenances in the vill of Fetherstan [Featherstone], and one acre of land with the appurtenances in Herdewyk [Hardwick].
County: [Yorkshire].
