Second party: Thomas Nightgal.
Place or subject: One place in the vill of Pountfreint [Pontefract], which contains 24 feet in length and 20 feet in width, lying in the street which is called Sheprowe between the tenement of which Warin le Pestour holds one part, and the tenement of which Roger de Sahom [Saham], then bailiff of the said vill, holds the other part.
County: [Yorkshire].
Additional people: (witnesses) John de Eure. Robert de Biricestre. Warin Scargil. Henry de Monkhull. Roger de Saham.
Dated at the castle of Pountfreint [Pontefract].
