Second party: Stephen de Yedingham, chaplain.
Place or subject: The earl has given to Stephen de Yedingham, chaplain, licence that he can grant and give to the prioress and convent of the nuns of Wykham [Wykeham] one messuage, one toft and the site of one sheepfold, 77 acres of land, 16 acres of meadow, 5s of yearly rent and a moiety of one pound of pepper with appurtenances in Roston [Ruston] and Wykham [Wykeham] in Pikeringg [Pickering].
