Place or subject: The inquisition is taken to inquire whether it is to the damage or prejudice of the earl if he grants to Stephen that he can give one messuage, one toft, the site of one sheepfold, 77 acres of land, 16 acres of meadow, 5s of yearly rent and the rent of a moiety of one pound of pepper with appurtenances in Roston [Ruston] and Wykham [Wykeham] to the prioress and convent of the nuns of Wykham [Wykeham] and their successors, etc.
County: Yorkshire.
