Place or subject: The duke has leased the wapentake of Staynclyf [Staincliffe] with all the issues and profits to Robert, to have for the term of 20 years next coming, paying to the king or his receiver £25 at the feasts of Pentecost and Martinmas in equal portions.
County: Yorkshire.
Dated at the manor of la Sauvoye [Savoy].
