Place or subject: The whole land which Robert had in Methelay [Methley] and Rowell [Rothwell] next to the grove of Wakefeud [Wakefield] on the north side, together with the dower of Sibyl, formerly wife of Fulk, his father from the said land, when it falls in, namely the land called Reynaldrode with the wood and meadow and all appurtenances, liberties and easements without any reservation.
