Folio: 177. County of Yorkshire. Grant.
First party: Astin de Pontefract, son of Adam son of Ulf.
Second party: Alan Macedrarius.
Place or subject: The whole of that part of Astin's toft which lies between the wall and house which was of Master Robert the medic, in such a way that Alan will have his partition of the wall, except for six feet of land from the yard, which extends from the corner of the wall as far as the yard, to have the exit and yard to Astin's house, which Walter Macecrarius holds of the said Astin, just as the metes have themselves in the said toft.
