First party: Emma, formerly daughter of Gregory de Pontefract, goldsmith.
Second party: Alexander, formerly son of Walter de Huntewik.
Place or subject: Her whole right which falls to her by right of inheritance in a certain toft with appurtenances in the high street of Pontefract, lying on the west side of the castle of the same vill between the toft formerly of Humphrey Campel and the royal highway.
County: [Yorkshire].
Additional people: (witnesses) John de Hoderode, then steward of Pontefract. Hugh de Castelford [Castleford], clerk, then receiver of Pontefract. William de Celar'. Robert son of Alice. Thomas son of Eaym'. Henry son of Constance. Roger and Robert, sons of Mabel. Richard the miller of Pontefract.
