First party: Godfrey, prior of the house of St John the Evangelist of Pontefract, and the convent of the same place.
Second party: Henry de Lascy [Lacy], earl of Lincoln.
Place or subject: All yearly rents and services of the prior and convent from Pontefract, both of tenants and of others, together with homages, wards, reliefs and escheats of the same, when they fall in, with all other their appurtenances without any reservation. Also their whole right and claim which they had in one cartload of wood, which they were accustomed to take every single day of the year in Henry's park of Pontefract. Also their whole right and claim which they had in one mark, 12 baskets of wheat and 24 baskets of oats of yearly rent in the hospital of St Nicholas of Pontefract.
