Folios: 174v-175. County of Yorkshire. Quitclaim.

First party: Adam, son of Thomas de Ranervill'.

Second party: John de Lascy [Lacy], constable of Chester.

Place or subject: Adam's whole manor of Allerton, which he held of John, with appurtenances and easements, liberties and services, with freeholders and customary tenants of the same vill and their followings forever.

County: [Yorkshire].

Additional people: (witnesses) Adam de Novo Mercato. H. the butler, then steward to the lord. Colin de Quatermaris. Robert de Stapleton. H. de Longchamp. B. Teuton' [le Tyeys].
