Place or subject: This agreement witnesses that earl gave Edmund and his heirs his manors of Kypex [Kippax] and Scales with all their appurtenances without any reservation, namely whatever he had or could have in the same manors in homages and services of freeholders and others, and in all other things pertaining to the said manors.
