First party: Roger de Quency [Quincy], earl of Winchester, constable of Scotland.

Second party: Edmund de Lascy [Lacy], his kinsman, for his homage and service.

Place or subject: His manors of Kypex [Kippax] and Scales with all their appurtenances, liberties, free customs, easements, homages and services of freeholders and others, and all other appurtenances.

County: [Yorkshire].
